WPM MidSouth Multifamily announced today that Board of Directors of Barracks West Condominium in Charlottesville, VA, has selected WPM MidSouth as its new management company, effective April 1, 2020. The community is conveniently located to University of Virginia (UVA), Darden School of Business, and the School of Law, as well as UVA Hospital and downtown Charlottesville.
Originally built in the 1970s as a student apartment complex, the community was redeveloped and turned into condominiums in 2006. This private, wooded community includes 360 spacious garden-style units and townhomes with one, two and three bedrooms, swimming pool, clubhouse with a fireplace, fitness room, picnic areas, children’s playground and a new dog park.
